What Makes Someone a Creative Genius?

University of Iowa researcher Dr. Nancy Andreasen has been trying to answer that question for most of her professional career. She talks with Ben Kieffer today on River to River

Dr. Andreasen has spent the last few decades studying the brains of writer’s at the University of Iowa Writer’s Workshop and other creative geniuses. She’s spent time with Kurt Vonnegut, Jane Smiley, George Lucas and many others. During this River to River interview, Dr. Andreasen talks about what creativity is and how to measure it with host Ben Kieffer. Samantha Chang, Director of the University of Iowa Writer’s Workshop also joins the conversation.
