King Of The Tramps bring the "Whiskey Gospel" to Studio One Underground

IPR/Tony Dehner
King Of The Tramps performing live at the Des Moines Social Club on IPR's Studio One Undergound.

The Aubur, IA band King Of The Tramps are in the middle of a tour, and that included a stop at the Des Moines Social Club to perform live on IPR's Studio One Underground!

Joined by the Whiskey Gospel Horns and Riley Partridge on guitar - son of lead singer/guitarist/songwriter Todd Partridge - the band ripped through two sets of loud, sweatly rock and roll, playing favorites from the band's four albums and selections from King Of The Tramps' upcoming album, due in June. Whiskey Gospel is kind of a hard thing to explain, but if you heard this live set, you probably get it now! And now you can listen to both sets from the night right here!

That's a wrap on Studio One Underground for the first half of 2018, but we'll be back at the Des Moines Social Club in September with more great live music!
