Iowa Still In COVID-19 'Red Zone' According To New White House Report

The latest White House COVID-19 Task Force report says Iowa has the nation's sixth-highest coronavirus positivity rate.

The White House's COVID-19 Task Force report for Iowa dated the week of Oct. 4 shows Iowa is still in the red zone, with more than 101 new cases per 100,000 people. Polk, Woodbury and Dubuque counties had the highest number of new cases, according to the report.
