Host Ben Kieffer talks with Des Moines resident Charlie Wittmack about his ten-thousand mile World Triathlon adventure. Wittmack just finished swimming the English Channel and will next embark on a biking trek from France to India before attempting a climb of Mount Everest. Wittmack's trip will cover 13 nations in just under one year. Later, Ben talks with photographer Kevin Connolly. Connolly was born without legs and writes about his experiences traveling the world on a skateboard. His memoir recounts the stories of how people have tried to understand his disability.
