Technology on the Brain

A recent Iowa State University study suggests that some kinds of technology contribute to attention problems in children, specifically television and video games. What is technology doing to our brains? Is the internet changing how we process information? Does it affect how well we pay attention? We speak with Iowa State University Associate Professor Douglas Gentile about his findings along with Nicholas Carr, author of "The Shallows, What the Internet is Doing to Our Brains."
