The Army Corps of Engineers expects water to go over the spillway at the Coralville Reservoir. Water at this output base of the dam is being incrementally increased to a maximum of 20-thousand cubic feet per second, which will cause flooding in Iowa City. The water is expected to crest on June 8th, but officials say rainfall along the river system will affect the flood forecast. 5/30/2012
