Radon/Dog Bites/Iowa Youth Diaries

An interview with University of Iowa environmental health expert Dr. R. William Field begins this eclectic hour. Dr. Field discusses a recent report from the President's Cancer Panel that says radon is an underestimated cancer risk that needs to be better addressed. Next we hear from Mick McAuliffe of the Animal Rescue League of Iowa about the increasing number of reported dog bite cases. In segment three, Kathrine Moermond and University of Iowa student assistant Molly Moser talk about the "Iowa Youth Diaries" exhibit at the Old Capitol Museum in Iowa City.
