Prairie Restoration and Mushrooms

Tom Rosburg has lived his life studying, managing and educating Iowans about the important role native prairies play in the biological evolution of Iowa. The Drake biology professor has been recognized for his work, receiving the Olav Smedal Conservation Award. Charity talks with Rosburg about his love of nature and the real challenges in sustaining Iowa's prairie ecosystems. Also, does the warm March weather mean morel mushrooms are sprouting early?
