After 32 years on the job, state Ombudsman Bill Angrick is retiring. Then a conversation with author David Lipsky. His new book is a biography of David Foster Wallace, who gained fame and acclaim for his novel 'Infinite Jest'. Lipsky is coming to the Des Moines Public Library as part of their author series.
