Live from the front lawn of Brucemore in Cedar Rapids, IPR's Performance Iowa was excited to bring you Orchestra Iowa's Brucemorechestra! 1812 and More concert on Saturday, September 12, at 7:00 PM.
This annual family tradition featured one of the most famous works of all time - Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture. The program also included Dvorak's iconic Symphony No. 9, From the New World, as well as Semtana's The Moldau from Ma Vlast, and the Men of Harlech march, arranged by music director Timothy Hankewich.
