There are now almost 10,000 people living within 5 miles of Iowa's only nuclear plant. That's a 20% jump in just 10 years. But as the legislature debates opening a second plant in Iowa, some lawmakers say they're concerned about residents' safety. IPR's Kate Wells reports.
