The US-Norway ice sledge hockey semi-final, March 18, 2010.

March Madness has returned and several Iowa teams are doing well.  Des Moines Register sports columnist Bryce Miller discusses this year's tournament.

Also, theUSice sledge hockey team bested Russian and won gold this year at the 2016 Paralymics in Sochi.  There were two Iowans on the team, including team captain Andy Yohe of Bettendorf. 

Players use sleds and two short hockey sticks to both propel themselves and hit the puck.  Also, like conventional hockey, players skate extremely fast.  Ben Stanton speaks with Yohe about the team's victory and traveling in Russia.
