Then, Ben talks with Ambassador Luis CdeBaca, President Obama’s appointee to direct the State Department’s Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons. CdeBaca is a native of Huxley, Iowa and a graduate of Iowa State University. He spoke at Iowa State University earlier this week.
