Juvenile Lifers

In May, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that it’s unconstitutional to put juveniles in prison for life - without the possibility of parole for crimes other than murder. Seven Iowa cases will potentially be impacted by that decision. We’ll talk about what happens to these seven inmates… how the court ruling could change sentencing in Iowa… and whether minors should be treated differently than adult offenders.
