A recent survey of Iowa 3rd graders shows 30-percent are overweight, but lawmakers are debating whether to repeal tougher nutritional guidelines and physical education requirements for schools. We'll talk about the Healthy Kids Act and a bill that would give school districts more discretion in mandating what students can wear. That comes on the heels of controversy in the Waterloo school district over a strict dress code.
