When you use a credit card the merchant is charged between 1 to 5 percent of your purchase price. Des Moines Entrepreneur Ben Milne says businesses lose too much money from these transaction fees so he started a company offering electronic payments to merchants for a flat price and the ability to pay using a mobile internet connection.
