You've seen them at weddings, the couple of a certain age gliding across the dance floor. It wasn't so long ago that people could Jitterbug, waltz and fox trot with ease. Popular TV shows and growing enrollment in dance classes may be an indication that coming generations are also looking at dance as a skill, or a form of self-expression that needs to be acquired. But are there still places to cut a rug in Iowa? Or, has the heyday of the dance hall long since past? Host Charity Nebbe will find out on Talk of Iowa. Guests include, Tamara Kenworthy, President of Castle Club in Des Moines, Janice Baker, Dance Faculty at ISU, Myron Kelleher, compiler of www.iowaballroom.com, and Jim Juve, owner of Country View in Decorah.
