The twister killed 160 people and injured hundreds more.</p><p>Recently, IPR&rsquo;s Ben Kieffer traveled to Joplin to talk with tornado survivors.&nbsp;</p><p>He also spoke with researchers from Iowa State University who went to Joplin in the immediate aftermath.
