It's a "news buzz" edition of <em>River to River</em>, bringing you several Iowa news stories of the week.</p><p>Charletta Sudduth was eight years old when her father was incarcerated for shooting and killing a man outside a Waterloo pool hall, a crime he has maintained was in self-defense. Now her father, Rasberry Williams, will be released on parole to an assisted living facility, after serving nearly 40 years of a life sentence.
