Submit a New Event

Iowa Public Radio welcomes submissions to its Event Calendar for events hosted by any not-for-profit organization in the State of Iowa. All submissions will be reviewed to ensure it has been submitted by a non-for-profit organization. Iowa Public Radio reserves the right to edit or decline any submission.

After submitting your event, you will receive a confirmation email. We will notify you when the event has been approved and posted to the calendar. Please allow 2-3 days turnaround time. Please contact Iowa Public Radio at 515-725-1708 if you notice inaccurate information in event listings.

When entering events:

Enter the event at least 2 weeks prior to event date.
Fill out all information required as completely as possible.
Listings with missing information are less likely to get posted.
Include your contact information so we can contact you in case we have questions.
