Submit a New Event

Iowa Public Radio welcomes submissions to its Event Calendar for events hosted by any not-for-profit organization in the State of Iowa. All submissions will be reviewed to ensure it has been submitted by a non-for-profit organization. Iowa Public Radio reserves the right to edit or decline any submission.

After submitting your event, you will receive a confirmation email. We will notify you when the event has been approved and posted to the calendar. Please allow 2-3 days turnaround time. Please contact Iowa Public Radio at 515-725-1708 if you notice inaccurate information in event listings.

When entering events:

• Enter the event at least 2 weeks prior to event date.
• Fill out all information required as completely as possible.
• Listings with missing information are less likely to get posted.
• Include your contact information so we can contact you in case we have questions.
